Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Clinician who provides high-quality therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care for assigned patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication to ensure each patient receives consistent, compassionate, and effective care. The clinician is responsible for managing their own schedule, documentation, and follow-up to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for assigned patients.
- Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches.
- Manage and schedule follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care.
- Respond to patient messages and communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete all clinical notes and charge slips within 24 hours of each appointment.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant documentation within the EHR.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and clinical team on patient care when appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with the front office team to support scheduling and patient flow.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and trainings as needed.

- Patients receive consistent, compassionate, and effective therapy services.
- Clinical notes and documentation are completed within 24 hours of each session.
- Follow-up appointments and patient communication are handled promptly and professionally.
- Treatment plans are completed on time and reflect thoughtful, individualized care.
- Collaboration with the Medical Director and team is consistent and professional.

- Comfort with telehealth platforms and technology (Zoom, iPad, computer systems).
Experience & Education:
- Degree in social work, counseling, or a related field.
- Active LMHC or LCSW license in the state of Florida.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in behavioral health or therapy preferred.
- Experience in trauma therapy or substance use treatment is a plus, but not required.
Work Environment:
Hybrid work environment requiring approximately 50% in-office sessions and 50% telehealth sessions from home. Regular interaction with patients, clinical team members, and administrative staff in an outpatient behavioral health setting.
