What are the responsibilities and job description for the Detailing Manager position at Paradise Auto Detailing LLC?
Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license
High school diploma required college degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of auto detailing and business management. Managers maybe assigned to detail vehicles depending on staffing.
Strong leadership skills
Ability to schedule appointments for clients and shifts for employees.
Travel to detailing jobs (mobile jobs)
Responsible for training new employees.
Must communicate effectively with clients, staff, and the owner.
Provide regular updates and recaps to the owner.
Capable of problem-solving and developing effective solutions.
Contribute to marketing strategies and outreach efforts.
Attend meetings and trainings
Meetings may be held in person or virtually training will be conducted in person.
Participation in company events, including car meets, is required.
