The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to troubleshoot and solve problems on the job. You’ll handle a variety of flooring projects, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our customers’ expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sanding, staining, and refinishing on hardwood and other flooring surfaces
- Inspect, prep, and repair floors prior to finishing
- Identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring top-tier results
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Collaborate with teammates and customers in a professional manner
- Learn and cross-train for tile installation, expanding your skill set and potential within the company
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sanding and refinishing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
