We are a growing private counseling practice in Raleigh, NC, seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT/A, LCMHC/A, LCSW/A) to join our supportive and values-driven clinical team.
Our practice provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We welcome therapists who are comfortable supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and are open to integrating Christian faith into sessions when it is meaningful and requested by clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches (EFT, ACT, CBT, etc.)
- Help clients improve communication, manage conflict, and strengthen relationships
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals and community partners as needed
- Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of sessions and treatment plans
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision to support clinical excellence
Qualifications
Education & Licensure
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Fully licensed or actively pursuing licensure in North Carolina (LMFT/A, LCMHC/A, LCSW/A, or equivalent)
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year providing therapy to individuals and couples
- Comfortable supporting clients with diverse backgrounds, values, and beliefs
- Openness to incorporating Christian faith into therapy when aligned with client preferences
