This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Assistant role based in Pittsfield, MA. The Compliance Assistant will support the company in ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, assist in reviewing and maintaining legal and financial compliance documentation, and conduct internal audits. Daily tasks will include analyzing compliance risks, preparing reports, maintaining thorough records, and collaborating with various departments to promote compliance best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and basic understanding of relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate compliance risks and assess internal processes
- Effective Communication skills for collaboration across teams and clear reporting of findings
- Familiarity with Finance-related principles relevant to compliance processes
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role is a plus
