Clinical Fellow Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Master’s degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Possession of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) limited license (Paradigm assists with obtaining this license)
- Conduct home visit assessments and provide speech therapy treatment to patients across various age groups
- Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Demonstrate strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical team and office staff
- Maintain current CPR certification and strict adherence to safety protocols
- Participate in weekly virtual clinical meetings and monthly in-person mentorship sessions with the Clinical Director
