PRN Physical Therapist Assistant - South Dallas, Balch Springs, Mesquite Area

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Implement plan of care in consultation with physical therapist and other careteam members.
• Communicate findings or changes in regard to patients back to the physical therapist and other careteam members.
• Educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
• Solution driven, selfmotivated, and inspiring to patients to reach their goals.
• Work independently without direct oversight.
• Able to discern when to call for support and communicate challenges.
• Familiar and comfortable with technology.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Certification in BSL/CPR
• Home Health Experience
• Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance
• Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus
