Outbound Sales Representative

Paradigm Press Group is looking for a motivated go-getter to join it's flourishing sales team!

Responsibilities:

• Build genuine, lasting relationships with current subscribers and guide them toward enhanced products and services that meet their needs
• Make 100 outbound calls daily to highly qualified leads (all warm contacts to our existing customers)
• Stay current with our suite of financial publications so you can speak knowledgeably and confidently with subscribers
• Use our internal customer databases to manage calls and track performance efficiently
• Work independently while also contributing to a collaborative, high-energy team environment

Qualifications:

• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service and are excited for your next challenge
• Not afraid of the phone and thrive on reaching goals and exceeding expectations
• Quick on your feet, enjoy meaningful conversations, and have a great sense of humor
• Open-minded! Ready to ditch the old-school sales mindset and learn from a team that’s doing things differently (and successfully)

Compensation Range:

$50,000 annual base salary plus commission/bonus.

Remote option 1-2 days a week.
