The Agora Companies is searching for a Graphic Designer to join our team in Hunt Valley.

Responsibilities:
- Use your typography skills to create compelling layouts that bring copy to life enhancing readability, intent, and emotional connection
- Design engaging graphics for both digital and print media, including web page mockups, book covers, charts, and YouTube thumbnails
- Collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and web development teams to ensure your designs elevate and integrate seamlessly into each project
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion especially under tight deadlines
- Stay ahead of trends and technologies to bring fresh, cutting-edge creativity to everything you do
Qualifications:
- 2 years of professional graphic design experience, primarily in digital media
- A strong portfolio that shows off your creativity, layout precision, typography skills, and ability to translate ideas into stunning visual work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
- Comfortable working in a Mac-based environment
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, composition, and storytelling through visuals
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A self-starter attitude, eagerness to grow, and a deep passion for design
- Strong organizational skills and time management—you can juggle deadlines without dropping the ball
Compensation Range – $45,000 - $55,000 USD
Location(s) & Work Arrangement – Hunt valley, MD / Hybrid
