Essential Duties:
- Set up forms to create walls, structures, or pillars at construction sites
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications
- Use tools and machinery to finish surfaces, achieving a smooth and durable finish
- Install reinforcing materials such as rebar, hooks, and wires
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Laborer or a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the field
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with tools of the trade, including mixers, vibrators, and hand tools
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating concrete quantities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction work
- High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certifications in concrete work is a plus
