The Opportunity
We are seeking entrepreneurial-minded professionals to join us as Independent Sales Associates. This is a commission-only position with a highly competitive payout structure that exceeds industry averages.
As an associate, you will operate independently while leveraging Paradigm Pallet’s reputation, tools, and support to build customer relationships, uncover opportunities, and close deals in the pallet and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in pallet supply, recycling, and supply chain/logistics consulting.
· Build strong, long-term customer relationships through a consultative sales approach.
· Work with customers to understand operational challenges and offer tailored pallet and logistics solutions.
· Manage your own book of business and pipeline with autonomy.
· Collaborate with the Paradigm Pallet team to deliver solutions that drive customer success.
Qualifications
· Prior experience in sales (pallet, supply chain, or logistics industry preferred).
· Strong understanding of supply chain workflows and/or pallet programs.
· Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to work independently.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Results-driven with a focus on building lasting customer value.
