Periodontal care is personal. Many of our patients are referred to us for complex gum disease treatment, implant placement, and surgical procedures. They may feel anxious, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to expect.

As our Scheduling Coordinator, you play a critical role in delivering a seamless patient experience and supporting clinical excellence.
- Welcome patients warmly and professionally from the moment they arriveProvide concierge-level service to patients and referring general dental officesSchedule appointments strategically to optimize provider time, treatment flow, and patient satisfactionPrepare and manage daily provider schedulesPrepare and organize patient chartsCollect patient financial responsibility with clarity and confidenceManage patient flow to reduce wait timesMaintain strong, professional relationships with referring officesKeep the reception area organized and welcomingProtect patient confidentiality in full accordance with HIPAA

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent1 year of customer service experience1 year of healthcare experience
Highly Preferred:
- Periodontal, dental, or specialty dental experienceUnderstanding of dental terminology

Experience in a periodontal or specialty dental office is especially valuable, as our scheduling requires coordination of surgical procedures, implant cases, and ongoing periodontal maintenance.
