At Paradigm Mechanical we take pride in delivering high-quality mechanical systems to federal and government clients. As a trusted contractor in the industry, we’re seeking a skilled HVAC & Piping Installer who is experienced in both trades and ready to contribute to mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and maintain HVAC systems including ductwork, controls, and refrigeration components.
- Layout, fabricate, and install various types of piping systems (chilled water, steam, condensate, gas, etc.).
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Perform jobsite measurements and ensure installations meet code and contract requirements.
- Work closely with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Maintain a safe and clean jobsite and follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Ensure all government and client regulations and standards are adhered to.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in HVAC and/or mechanical piping installation.
- Ability to handle both HVAC and piping scopes independently or as part of a team.
- Experience working on federal or government projects preferred.
- Familiarity with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass government background checks and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be willing to travel
