Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machinist located in Hutto, TX. The Machinist will be responsible for setting up and operating various CNC machines, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, performing routine machine maintenance, and ensuring quality standards are met. Daily tasks will include material handling, machining operations, inspections, and collaborating with the production team to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience with setting up CNC mills (min 5 years experience)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in performing routine machine maintenance
- Knowledge of quality control standards and machining inspections
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to handle materials and operate machinery
- Previous experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or technical training in machining
