Role Description The 3D Printing Production Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based at Paradigm Manufacturing’s facility in Phoenix, AZ. This position supports daily production operations by preparing build files, setting up and operating 3D printers, and monitoring print jobs to ensure quality and consistency. The role includes handling materials, performing basic equipment maintenance, and assisting with post-processing tasks such as cleaning, finishing, and packaging parts. The Production Assistant will follow documented procedures and quality standards, update production records, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines. This role also involves maintaining a clean, organized work area and adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in basic manufacturing or production operations, including equipment setup, monitoring, and routine maintenance.
