ROLE: Oracle Fusion Security Specialist
LOCATION DETAILS: 5 days onsite - 411 Texas St. Denton TX 76209
COMMITMENT LEVEL: EXCLUSIVE
CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 month contract to hire
RATE: w2 no benefits
Interview Process:
1st IV video -30 minutes
2nd IV onsite panel
TOP REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Oracle Cloud Security (Admin/Analyst focus):
- Minimum 2 years of Oracle Cloud experience.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Security Console and Oracle application security standards.
- Experience managing roles and application security (not DBA-focused).
- Skilled in handling both operational tasks and analytical problem-solving.
Access & Identity Management:
- User and data provisioning.
- Role assignments, terminations, and access removal.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle DBA knowledge is good, but the priority is application/role-based security experience.
Soft Skills:
- Experience working with HR and Finance business users.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to ask clarifying questions (verbally or via chat/text) to understand and validate access requests.
- Good communications skills with ability to translate technical requirements to business requirements.
