The Technical Program Manager (TPM) drives strategic
initiatives and complex technical programs across cross-functional teams. This
role ensures successful delivery of high-impact projects by aligning
stakeholders, managing risks, go-to-market plans, and program schedules to
ensure timely delivery. The Technical Program Manager is a key leader in
fostering innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric outcomes.

As a Technical Program Manager you will:
- Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams and geographies.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership through steering committees and governance forums, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strategic alignment.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships as needed.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metric
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
- 5 years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership.
- Project
Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
certifications are strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering,
business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile & Scrum Methodologies
- Technical Acumen (Cloud, APIs, Data Platforms)
- Microsoft Ecosystem Experience: Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and Office 365
