Paradigm is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Material Handler to support the flow of materials throughout our manufacturing facility.

In this hands-on role, you will receive and organize inventory, deliver materials and supplies to production teams, maintain accurate inventory records, prepare outbound shipments, and safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Your work will help our production employees stay focused on operating machinery, maintaining quality, and meeting customer deadlines.

What You’ll Do

Your day may include:

  • Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and company vehicles.
  • Receiving, inspecting, verifying, and recording incoming materials and supplies.
  • Organizing, rotating, replenishing, and tracking inventory.
  • Pulling, staging, and delivering materials, components, packaging, and supplies to production teams.
  • Keeping production areas stocked so machine operators can remain focused on production and product quality.
  • Moving finished goods, work-in-process materials, scrap, recyclables, and waste.
  • Recording inventory issues, returns, transfers, and other material transactions.
  • Assisting with cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, and inventory discrepancy reviews.
  • Packaging, palletizing, and staging outbound shipments.
  • Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Completing routine equipment inspections and reporting safety or maintenance concerns.
  • Driving company vehicles, including box trucks, to move materials and supplies between nearby company facilities.
  • Keeping warehouse, storage, and production staging areas clean, safe, and organized.
  • Assisting with material movement, warehouse organization, workflow improvements, and special projects.
  • Following company safety, quality, and OSHA procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, shipping and receiving, production, delivery, stocking, or material-handling environment is helpful but not required.
  • Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Ability to learn inventory systems and internal applications.

Physical Requirements

Because this is an active warehouse and manufacturing position, employees must be able to:

  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing approximately 35 to 50 pounds.
  • Bend, kneel, reach, and move throughout warehouse and production areas.
  • Use step stools or rolling ladders to access stored materials.
  • Safely maneuver carts, pallets, supplies, and work-in-process materials.
  • Use both hands and maintain the coordination and dexterity needed to operate equipment and handle materials.
  • Maintain sufficient vision, with or without corrective lenses, to safely complete assigned work.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Weekday or weekend overtime may be required during peak production periods.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on relevant experience.
