Your Role: Registered Nurse – Home Health
You’ll provide high-quality clinical care in the comfort of patients’ homes. This includes:
- Wound care
- Medication administration & education
- Disease process teaching
- IV therapy
- Delivering exceptional patient experiences every visit
- Ensuring documentation demonstrates medical necessity and reflects excellent care
- Timely submission of OASIS and other required documentation
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to support patient needs
What You Need to Succeed
- Current Texas RN License
- CPR Certification
- Valid Texas Driver’s License, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Home health experience (1 year Medicare preferred)
- OASIS experience preferred
- Knowledge of WellSky (Kinnser) is a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
