Job Summary: The HR Generalist works directly with the HR Manager to ensure all Human Resources initiatives & programs including recruiting, retention, & maintenance of employee information are met. This individual be effective in the facilitation of information to current associates as well as following a process to stay compliant with regulations. This positions requires someone who is detailed oriented, reliable, & able to follow through while working with autonomy.

- Maintains current, organized, & accessible digital personnel files according to regulations.
- Scan & upload documents to HRIS in an accurate & timely manner.
- Ener personnel information in HRIS with attention to detail.
- Audit personnel files for completeness & compliance.
- Ensure processes are followed to seamlessly onboard new hires.
- Notify employees of expiring documents, monitor receipt of updated documents, & maintain database of ongoing expiration dates. Provide employees a 30day notice before documents expire.
- Distribute physical & digital material as needed.
- Aid onboarding through timely management of email, data entry, processing documents for esignature, scheduling interviews, & creating user accounts as necessary to prepare candidates for employment. Present onboarding presentation as needed.
- Schedule preemployment drug screenings. May also administer drug screenings.
- Verify documents to support employability of candidates for hire.
- Assist in management of online employee training portals & monitor employee compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deployed fleet vehicles, fleet maintenance, accidents, gas cards, & any other fleet data.
- Maintain accurate records of company uniforms.
- Assist in producing accurate reports utilizing HR metrics.
- Conduct STAY interviews as scheduled.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Manage own workload to avoid overtime.
- High School diploma or equivalent. College preferred.
- Two years general office experience, human resources experience preferred. Home Health experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & easily learn industry related software. WellSky EMR & Paychex experience desirable.
- Valid driver's license, current automobile liability insurance, & reliable transportation.
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects & initiatives successfully.
- Ability to work 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with 30minute lunch; MondayFriday.
- Demonstrate good judgement, decisionmaking skills, flexibility, adaptability, proactive, think creatively, & function in highpaced environment.
