Paradigm Health is expanding rapidly throughout Indiana and we are opening several new positions. Due to our continued growth, we are adding a Full-Time Hospice RN On-Call position.
Work Location:
-Central Indiana and surrounding communites
Multiple Shifts available:
Weekends:
Friday 5p-11p, Saturday and Sunday 8a-11p

Requirements
Experience:
One year Hospice experience preferred, but not necessary
Credentials:
- Licensed Registered Nurse in State of Indiana
- Proof of current classroom CPR certification
- Hepatitis profile and TB vaccination record
- Current driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance
