Tippecanoe County, Carroll County, Clinton County and surrounding communites

Requirements
Experience:
One year Home Health or Hospice experience preferred, but not necessary
Credentials:
- Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in State of Indiana
- Proof of current classroom CPR certification
- Hepatitis profile and TB vaccination record
- Current driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance
