Position Summary

The Jobsite Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and security of various construction sites. This hands-on position involves groundskeeping, light equipment maintenance, and general site upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and weedeat around job sites to maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Change and charge security camera batteries and ensure cameras are functioning properly
• Tow small trailers with lawn equipment between locations as needed
• Perform basic maintenance and cleanup tasks on site
• Conduct periodic inspections of job sites for safety and maintenance issues
• Assist with other general labor or site support tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to tow a small trailer safely and confidently
• Basic mechanical/Technical, maintenance skills preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Work occasional evenings or weekends
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or construction site work
• Familiarity with small power tools, lawn equipment, and basic hand tools
