What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing & Scheduling Lead — SNF SaaS position at Paradigm Business Solutions, LLC?
We're looking for someone who's lived the SNF scheduler's day — the 5am call-out, the open NOC shift no one will pick up, the DON asking why agency spend looks the way it does — and is ready to bring that fluency to the platform side.
This is a remote role at a fast-scaling workforce management SaaS company built for skilled nursing. You'll own facility deployments, configure the platform, run support for live clients, and be the ear schedulers actually trust. Built for an operator who can move between configuration work, support tickets, and adoption coaching without losing the thread.
Deployment & configuration: Stand up new SNFs from kickoff through go-live. Configure shift structures, role mappings, location hierarchies, and integrations. Own go-live readiness.
Support: Triage and resolve Tier 1/2 tickets. Escalate bugs cleanly. Close the loop with schedulers so they know what happened and why.
Scheduler enablement: Train new users. Run office hours. Watch adoption patterns and intervene before disengagement turns into churn.
Signal back to the business: Surface health risks, product feedback themes, and behavior-level concerns to leadership. We make decisions based on what you see in the field.
- Direct, hands-on SNF scheduling experience — staffing coordinator, scheduler, central staffing, or scheduling supervisor in skilled nursing
- Working knowledge of SNF staffing realities: PPD, PBJ, agency management, callouts, mandation, union vs non-union dynamics, weekend coverage
- Comfort administering or implementing an SNF scheduling/WFM platform
- Clear writer, calm under support pressure, high ownership
- Multi-facility or regional scheduling experience
- SaaS implementation or client success exposure
- Familiarity with Intercom, Jira, or similar support/ticketing stacks
Remote U.S., full-time, reporting to the VP of Operations. Small team, real scope, direct line to leadership. Path forward includes broader account ownership as we scale.
- Resume plus a short note: a scheduling moment from your SNF days that taught you something — what happened, what you did, what you'd change. Confidential inquiries welcome; company name shared after initial conversation.
