We are seeking a fully Licensed Masters Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who shares our dedication to providing compassionate care and values meaningful connections with patients and colleagues alike.

This is a full time W2 hybrid role for an LMSW or LPC with Paradigm Behavioral Health, Inc. You will be working at our office in Mid Michigan for the in-person days. The therapist will provide therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, group therapy; conduct intake assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards of practice. The role includes working collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals to address mental health needs and advocate for clients.
Total work hours are dependent upon credentialing, self marketing, and niche. Our target hiring date is August-September. There is a 90 day probationary period prior to benefits being offered to ensure continuity of care for our patients and the applicant is a great fit.
Pay/Benefits
Hourly Rate Offering: $40-$50 per patient-facing hour (Pay is based on experience, certification(s), availability)
Admin Time Pay: up to 4 hours weekly based on weekly caseload
Optional health insurance after probationary period is Blue Care Network PPO with add on vision and dental availability. PTO will start to accrue after probationary period. Access to retirement options once employee probationary period has been completed and a formal offer is in place.
Qualifications
- We are seeking a clinician who is self-directed and able to manage their schedule, documentation, and clinical responsibilities independently. This position is best suited for someone who takes initiative and thrives in an environment that values professional autonomy. We are looking for someone to join our team long term to promote continuity of care for our patients and provide the best outcomes possible.
- Minimum weekly caseload of 30 encounters.
- Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy services for adults and children.
- Experience in conducting client assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse populations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, including accurate and timely documentation of session notes
- Ability to self- market to maintain caseload requirements.
- Knowledge of ethical standards, mental health laws, and client confidentiality regulations
- Master’s degree and a valid, unrestricted license in MI
- Expectation of some supervision with limited licensed individuals.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technology is a plus
- Experience or interest in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, couples therapy, family therapy, EMDR, or brain spotting highly recommended.
- Ability to work late afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends highly valued.
- After six consecutive months of successful, autonomous patient care, the option for self-scheduling will be available.
- The following shifts are available: 8am-6pm, 9am-7pm, 7am-4pm or a weekender role.
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
