Position Summary
As a server, you will deliver first-class experiences by providing friendly, accurate, and
attentive service. You’ll greet guests, take food and drink orders, offer menu insights, and
look for opportunities to enhance the dining experience. You’ll process transactions
efficiently, respond professionally to guest concerns, and maintain a clean and organized
work area.
Responsibilities
• Exceed First Class Service standards with every guest, peer, and business partner
• Greet guests, take orders, and suggest additional items
• Provide accurate information about menu offerings
• Accurately process transactions through the POS system
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and feedback
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
• Support a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
• Previous serving experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
