What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior HRIS Analyst position at Paradies Lagardere Default?
The HRIS Analyst II will be a part of the HR systems team and will provide technical and analytical subject matter expertise. This position will serve as second tier/ escalation support for all HR system issues. He or she will focus on technical solutions to business challenges, developing and maintaining enterprise -level reporting, and conducting in-depth analyses using HR data. They will
be the first point of contact for all reporting needs. They will work with the HR team ie; benefits and payroll, and other departments as a business analyst for process improvements and innovation. The HRIS Analyst II will assist with overseeing the HRIS system UKG and any HR implementation(s) and projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for system auditing for compliance and validity of information.
- Establishing processes and monitoring HR systems to ensure effective integration, including managing the scheduling, balance, and execution of in-bound and out-bound integration files.
- Work closely with benefits team to ensure proper system setup and auditing
- Analyzes current processes, recommends, and implements new processes as appropriate to meet the needs of our organization.
- Help to develop SOP documentation along with HRIS manager for HRIS processes.
- Configures back-end settings as requested to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with all levels of management to conduct needs assessment to support organizational strategies.
- Reading and interpreting release notes and communicates information regarding changes and creates/updates user guides.
- Ensure the HR data is collected and secured by following all laws and regulations.
- Participate in HR or other systems project teams for acquisitions, implementations, configuration, upgrades, and annual changes as needed.
- Maintain HR data tables within UltiPro to account for changes within organization.
- Develops and maintains complex reporting including but not limited to compensation, turnover, payroll, and benefits.

- Thorough understanding of functional analysis and system design.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of the following UKG systems: (Ultimate Software, UltiPro, Kronos) or like software such as ADP, Workday, etc.
- Proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Legal Age: 18 Years
- Education or Equivalent Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Function Specific Experience: 3 or more years prior HRIS experience; 2-5 years of experience with Excel, Powerpoint
- Travel Requirements: Up to 5%
- Schedule: May require some nights, weekends, and holidays.
