**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the store manager in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Train and develop baristas to deliver legendary customer service, product knowledge, and beverage preparation techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, resolving issues to ensure a delightful Starbucks experience.
- Uphold Starbucks' brand values and operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous supervisory experience in the food service, retail, or hospitality industry is preferred.
