- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, utensil, and equipment, especially during peak hours.
- Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard.
- Collect empty bottles and glasses.
- Remove garbage regularly.
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
- Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines.
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
- Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
- Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed.
- Restock liquor bottles.
- Refill ice bins.
- Strong self-motivation, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
- Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics, in English.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and to perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching,
gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distance for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures. - Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.
