What You’ll Do
Lead the Experience
- Set the standard for exceptional customer service and step in to resolve concerns when needed
- Model service behaviors and create a positive, welcoming environment
- Support register operations, cash handling, and loss prevention processes
- Oversee opening and closing procedures to ensure a strong start and finish to each shift
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are organized
- Support receiving, replenishment, and inventory processes
- Troubleshoot basic register or system issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Support sales goals through strong execution of promotions and daily priorities
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and enhance the customer experience
- Communicate clearly with the team to keep everyone aligned and focused
- Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts
- Coach, train, and support associates in their daily responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to address performance and support development
- Build positive working relationships across the airport community
- Previous leadership experience in retail, food service, or a similar environment preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Hands-on approach with a focus on both people and operations
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
