💼 What You’ll Do
As a Sales Associate, You Will
- Greet and welcome customers with energy and enthusiasm
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to help customers find tech products that fit their needs
- Demonstrate and explain features of headphones, smart devices, accessories, and more
- Drive sales through suggestive selling, upselling, and product recommendations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately for purchases and returns
- Maintain merchandise displays and ensure store cleanliness
- Follow airport safety, security, and operational procedures
- Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred)
- Passion for technology and helping customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass airport background checks and obtain required security badges
