Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a positive attitude and genuine hospitality
- Smile, maintain eye contact, and create meaningful connections with guests
- Accurately take and process guest orders using the point-of-sale system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions according to company procedures
- Provide menu knowledge and answer questions regarding products and allergens
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
- Support daily operations including stocking, cleaning, dining room upkeep, and guest assistance
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during high-volume travel periods
- Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines at all times
- Assist with training and encouraging new team members
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Passion for serving others and creating positive guest experiences
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds regularly
