What are the responsibilities and job description for the UX Designer position at Parade?
We are looking for a UX Designer to execute on the strategy, roadmap, and feature development for the technology that powers Parade. This involves working with partners to understand goals, pain points, and opportunities, and taking these insights into consideration as to plan what features or improvements we should prioritize to maximize revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- You will be a product owner for our website and our community platform
- You will design new features for our digital products in order to maximize efficient revenue growth
- You will collaborate with your stakeholders to establish priorities, design new features, and manage their rollout
- You will define, and analyze metrics for new and existing features, finding ways to improve the experience.
What You’ll Bring:
- UX/UI expertise, with the ability low and high fidelity mockups in Figma or similar software
- You have experience using analytics and testing to inform decisions
- You have experience building and managing requirements from cross-functional partners; the ability to make thoughtful trade-offs among a diverse set of needs and priorities
- You have a proven ability to build consensus, drive decisions, and inspire action within your team as well as with stakeholders
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills
- You have the ability to perform basic project management; highly organized
- Experience in D2C is a plus
