Marketing Manager

Paraco Gas, the largest privately held propane distribution company in the northeast, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager with 5 years of experience to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Paraco Gas. This role will require a creative and analytical thinker who can develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events
• Analyze marketing data and KPIs to optimize campaign performance and ROI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitiveness
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize impact
• Produce high-quality content for internal and external communications and work with designer to ensure designs are in alignment with Company’s brand

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and campaign execution
• Proven track record of driving brand awareness and customer acquisition through innovative marketing initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the energy or utilities industry is a plus
