Compensation Breakdown:
- Base Salary $91,000 - $110,000 depending on experience (includes monthly Saturday rotation)
- Total Compensation $96,000 - $115,000 with performance bonuses

- CEU Budget $2,000 annually
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Evaluate and treat active adults & athletes with a focus on both rehab and long-term performance
Design and implement sport-specific and performance focused programs (from breathing drills to trap-bar jumps).
- Use clinical reasoning and movement-based assessments to guide treatment
Track objective KPIs and iterate plans.
Collaborate with a supportive team in modern, well-equiped facilities.
- Participate in ongoing mentorship and continue professional growth.

Qualifications

3 yrs outpatient/sports experience
