Position Overview
Under the general direction of the Program Manager, the Group Facilitator is responsible for coordinating and delivering Partnership for Families (PFF) psychoeducational groups and classes. The role also provides crisis response services, peer counseling, and connections to internal and external resources to support participants in meeting their immediate needs and long-term goals. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

In these instances, the facilitator responds promptly and appropriately, with guidance and support from their supervisor, to ensure participant safety and access to necessary services. About PLN
