Utility Driver

Come join our Salinas team as a Utility Driver. We are looking for a Class B CDL driver with 3 years of experience and a tanker endorsement. This is a home daily role. There may be occasional overnights need for coverage a few times per year.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 4am to 12:30pm

$27-$29 per hour starting rate

What You'll Do

• Handle 2" to 3" hoses pumping out used cooking oil materials into truck.
• Utilize hydraulic equipment to maneuver tanks at pickup locations.
• Clean and service internal and external grease traps.
• Collect and drop off containers to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Need To Drive

• A valid CDL B license with Tanker Endorsement.
• 3 years CDL driving experience.
• Air Brake Endorsement.
• Good driving record. Safety risk rating within Mahoney acceptable standards.
• DOT certified medical card.
• The ability to lift, push or pull 100 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Work outdoors in different weather conditions.
• Exposure to used cooking oil odors.
• Possible exposure to high traffic conditions and/or tight driving areas.
• Handling grease coated equipment.
