Part-Time Manufacturing Technician
Noble Heritage Industries — Huntington Beach, CA
Noble Heritage Industries is a growing, custom manufacturing company specializing in premium signage, pet products, bar décor, plaques, holiday décor, and acrylic party supplies.
We design and manufacture high-quality products using CNC routers, laser engravers, UV printers, and specialty finishing equipment — all in-house.
We are hiring a Part-Time Manufacturing Technician to work directly alongside our Lead Manufacturing & Graphic Designer (Tony Trapasso) to increase production capacity, improve workflow efficiency, and support scaling operations.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands precision manufacturing and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do
You will assist in all aspects of warehouse production, including:
- Operating CNC routers (HDPE & acrylic)
- Laser cutting and engraving
- UV printing and post-print finishing
- Material prep (sheet breakdown, masking, staging)
- Sanding, polishing, edge finishing
- Product assembly
- Packaging and order prep
- Inventory tracking of raw materials
- Machine cleaning and routine maintenance
- Quality control checks before shipment
This is not entry-level assembly work.
You must understand machines, tolerances, materials, and production efficiency.
Machines & Equipment You Must Be Comfortable With
- CNC router systems (tool changes, feeds/speeds, bit selection)
- Laser engravers (file prep, burn depth control, masking)
- UV flatbed printers
- Power tools and finishing equipment
- Material handling (HDPE, acrylic, aluminum)
Bonus:
- Experience with VCarve, Illustrator, or basic file prep knowledge
- Understanding of nesting efficiency and material yield
- Workflow optimization experience

- Prior experience in a production or fabrication environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing best practices
- Attention to detail and pride in clean, consistent output
- Ability to work independently once trained
- Physically capable of lifting 40–50 lbs
- Organized, efficient, and proactive

Hours
Part-Time
15–25 hours per week
Flexible scheduling (ideally 3–4 days per week)
Opportunity to grow into expanded hours as production volume increases.
Compensation
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
