As the Food Service Manager at Par Mar Travel Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing all aspects of food service operations. This includes ordering, pricing, labeling, preparation, rotation, presentation, and serving of hot and cold food products while following brand standards. You will work as a team with Store Management and communicate any policy violations requiring investigation and resolution. Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and attractive store exterior, interior, and dining area; enforcing safety measures to ensure a safe work environment; training and retraining food service employees; setting goals for employees to encourage long-term growth and promote career opportunities; and supporting and promoting Par Mar Stores special promotions and events.
