Lead Food Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Food Associate to join our team at Subway 9050 in Slaty Fork, WV. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for 8 hours at a time, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to lead a team of food associates in providing high-quality service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee food preparation and service
• Train and mentor food associates
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience in a food service environment
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
