Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team at Giovanni's. The Food Service Associate will be responsible for taking customer orders, preparing food items, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and process payments accurately
• Prepare food items according to company standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with stocking inventory and supplies
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries

Requirements:

• Prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
