What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at Par Lounge?

What You’ll Do:
- Keep the bar stocked – Refill liquor, beer, ice, and mixers so the bartenders never run dry.
- Maintain a clean & organized bar – Wipe down surfaces, remove empty glasses, and make sure everything is spotless.
- Support the bartenders – Anticipate their needs, run for supplies, and help them serve drinks efficiently.
- Restock & prep – Cut garnishes, refill napkins and straws, and make sure every detail is covered.
- Move fast & stay sharp – Bars get busy, and you’ll be in the thick of it, keeping everything running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to hustle and stay on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Great teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail—because a well-stocked bar makes all the difference.
- MINIMUM 1 year of Experience REQUIRED
- Our Hours of Operation Wednesday-Sunday 9pm till 3am
