CARGO VAN DRIVERS NEEDED – Local Delivery Driver (Independent Contractor – 1099)
Texas (DFW Market Only)
We are actively hiring reliable cargo van drivers for local delivery routes across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
Delivery Areas (Now Hiring)
We are currently staffing routes in:
- Rockwall (4)
- DeSoto (2)
- Crowley (3)
- Longview
- Tyler (2)
- Midlothian
- Lake Worth
Additional DFW routes (Dallas, Arlington, Fort Worth, Benbrook, Balch Springs) will continue to be added as we expand.
Position Overview
This is a local, consistent delivery opportunity for dependable drivers.
- Pick up from assigned store location
- Load and go (no warehouse work)
- Deliver packages along a pre-routed route
Route Details:
- Mostly small parcels and soft packages
- Packages typically under 15 lbs
- Routes average 70–80 packages
- Approx. 65–80 stops per route
This is steady, DEDICATED work for drivers who:
- Show up on time
- Communicate
- Deliver consistently
Meet-Up Location
- Assigned store location (no warehouse staging)
Pay Structure
- $225 – $250 per day
- Weekly pay (first week held, then paid the following week)
- Payday issued weekly before 5:00 PM
Typical Workday:
- 8 to 10 hours depending on route size and pace
Driver Requirements
- Cargo van REQUIRED
- Valid driver’s license
- Smartphone required
- No CDL required
- No prior delivery experience required
- Must be reliable and consistent
