Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office & Administrative Manager at our Houston, TX office, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Office & Administrative Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage administrative and executive support functions, and ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment. Key responsibilities also include coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, and assisting with general office support tasks. The role involves close collaboration with team members and external stakeholders to ensure efficiency and organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
- Experience handling Office Equipment and related maintenance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office or administrative management role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
