Job Description Summary
The Materials Coordinator II is responsible for the safe and accurate movement of raw materials, in‑process items, and finished goods between warehouse, production, packaging, and distribution areas. This role includes loading and unloading materials and trucks, maintaining inventory accuracy through system transactions and cycle counts, handling waste and hazardous materials, and ensuring materials are properly identified, staged, sampled, and stored in compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.Job Description
Materials Delivered to Manufacturing/Packaging and Set-up
A. Locates and moves materials from warehouse storage areas to production areas as required.
B. Loads and unloads materials on the shipping and receiving docs.
C. Loads and unloads materials on trucks used to move items from building to building.
D. Maintains accurate records of the movement of materials between buildings.
Completed Goods Placed in Vault
On-Hold Materials Marked
Finished Goods in Distribution Center
A. Ensures all department BPCS and barcode scanning transactions are completed accurately and timely.
Tablet Drums Ready for Reuse
Cycle Counts Completed
A. Performs periodic inventory audits as assigned.
Waste Material Collected
A. Moves/transports hazardous wastes to and from appropriate accumulation and storage areas.
Raw Material Transported from Distribution Center to Warehouse
All incoming and Expired Raw Materials Sampled
Working Conditions:
Location: Hobart, NY Facility
Hours: Monday – Thursday 4:00pm to 2:15am
Must have the ability to work overtime when needed.
Pay Transparency:
The expected base pay for this position is $29.22 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential. This position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable program. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion.
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needs.
