Robust Training & Mentoring for New Intervention Specialists New to the field or transitioning into an Intervention Specialist role? We’ve got your back. Our comprehensive mentoring program is modeled after the Ohio Resident Educator Program, using mentors with extensive experience in special education, and enhanced with supports tailored for those without traditional student teaching experience or on alternative/emergency licensure pathways. Grow Your Own Partner School We proudly participate in Ohio’s Grow Your Own Scholarship Program, supporting paraprofessionals and community members in becoming fully licensed educators. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required) Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist license (mild/moderate or moderate/intensive) or eligibility for an alternative/emergency intervention specialist license or eligibility for a license as a Substitute Teacher (Education Unlimited).
