The Opportunity
Are you a tech-savvy visionary with a passion for education? We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Technology Coordinator to join our team! This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our academy's technology infrastructure, from network management to educational software integration. You will be the go-to expert who ensures our staff and students have the tools and support they need to succeed in a 21st-century learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware (laptops, tablets, smartboards, etc.).
- Provide timely and effective technical support to all faculty, staff, and students, troubleshooting hardware and software issues with a service-oriented mindset.
- Lead the implementation and administration of educational technology platforms, student information systems (SIS), and learning management systems (LMS).
- Collaborate with educators to integrate cutting-edge technology into the curriculum, enhancing instruction and student engagement.
- Develop and deliver professional development sessions and training for staff on new technologies and best practices.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the academy's data and network systems.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an IT support or network administration role, preferably within an educational (K-12) setting.
- Strong proficiency in managing network systems, Google Workspace for Education, and/or Microsoft 365 environments.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for Chromebooks, iPads, or other devices.
- An excellent communicator and collaborator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A creative problem-solver with a deep commitment to supporting student learning through technology.

Pay: $45,732.99 - $55,076.29 per year
