Procurement Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Specialist located in Kansas City, KS. The Procurement Specialist will manage procurement processes, including creating and monitoring purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities will also include working closely with various teams to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

• Strong experience in Purchase Orders, Procurement, and Supplier Evaluation
• Expertise in Contract Negotiation and managing supplier relationships
• Proven Analytical Skills to assess and improve procurement strategies
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Prior experience in the construction or energy industry is advantageous
