Guest Service Representative
Guest Service Representatives are vital to the success of Pappy’s Pet Lodge. They are the face of the company, handle our clients with exceptional customer service, and ensure that proper care instructions are taken. They are also active and knowledgeable with the care of the pets in our facilities.
Job requirements/specifics:
- Full-time hours (between 35-40 hours per week)
- Available: 6:45am – 7pm daily, weekends and holidays required
- Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
- Very reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable with pets and dogs of ALL sizes
- Technology Requirements: basic computer skills i.e. Word, Excel, Email
- Duties include: Checking pets in and out for lodging, daycare, and grooming; Professional and friendly communication with customers and veterinarians via phone, in person, and email; Making reservations; Working in kennel when needed; Caring for pets – cleaning, walking, feeding, and interacting; managing dogs of all temperaments, some dog baths
- Personality requirements: Upbeat, go-getter, organized, strong multi-tasker, works well individually or in a team environment, reliable
