What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Line Cook, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering the high-quality, flavorful dishes our guests know and love. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Mexican dishes with precision and care. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. - Following recipes and food safety guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. - Assisting with kitchen prep work and inventory as needed. - Multitasking effectively in a busy kitchen environment to meet customer demand.
What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role. - The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of a fast-paced kitchen. - Strong multitasking skills to keep up with the energy of our cantina. - A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. - Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
